Professional terms and conditions for Dongxu Machinery's industrial equipment and services

1. General Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the provision of industrial machinery, screw barrels, and related equipment by Zhoushan Dongxu Machinery Co., Ltd. ("Dongxu Machinery", "we", "us", or "our") to our clients ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All agreements are subject to Chinese law and regulations governing industrial equipment manufacturing and sales.

2. Product Specifications & Quality

All products are manufactured to precise specifications and undergo rigorous quality control processes:

Single and twin screw barrels meet international industry standards
Planetary screw systems are custom-engineered for specific applications
Steel pipe coating production lines comply with relevant safety regulations
All machinery components undergo comprehensive testing before delivery

Technical specifications are provided with each product and form part of the contractual agreement.

3. Warranty & Technical Support

Standard Warranty Coverage

12-month warranty on all screw barrel systems
18-month warranty on complete machinery installations
24-month warranty on custom-engineered solutions
Lifetime technical consultation for registered customers

Our technical support team provides comprehensive assistance including installation guidance, operational training, and troubleshooting support. On-site service is available for major installations and complex systems.

4. Payment Terms & Conditions

Standard Products

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 60% before production completion
• 10% upon delivery and acceptance

Custom Solutions

• 40% deposit upon design approval
• 50% at production milestone
• 10% upon final commissioning

Payment terms may be adjusted for long-term partnerships or large-scale projects. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery & Installation Services

Delivery schedules are provided upon order confirmation and depend on product complexity and current production capacity. Standard lead times:

Custom Solutions

Professional installation services are available worldwide. Installation includes equipment setup, calibration, operator training, and performance validation.

6. Maintenance & Ongoing Service

Preventive Maintenance Programs

We offer comprehensive maintenance programs designed to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime. Our programs include regular inspections, component replacement schedules, and performance optimization.

Spare parts are guaranteed to be available for a minimum of 10 years from the date of original equipment delivery. Emergency repair services are available 24/7 for critical production equipment. Annual service contracts include priority support, discounted parts pricing, and comprehensive equipment health monitoring.

7. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products under warranty conditions. We are not liable for consequential damages, production losses, or indirect costs resulting from equipment downtime. Customers are responsible for proper equipment operation, regular maintenance, and compliance with safety protocols. Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications void all warranties.

Important: All equipment must be operated by trained personnel in accordance with provided documentation and safety guidelines.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms or related transactions shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under Chinese commercial arbitration rules. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
